I'm pretty sure the SB lottery is for the Yellow Chaos, like all of the other lotteries.

m3kcomp wrote: OK...here's the scoop on how ToyTokyo will be doing everything tomorrow:
Doors open at 1 p.m. Everything is for sale starting at 1 p.m. EXCEPT the Yellow Chaos AND the new Bigaro. TT will only have 2 of the new Bigaro, so there will be a chance lottery for buying this piece. You will pick a number out of a box, and if your number matches the one on a Bigaro, you can buy it...
Everything else, including all the new RxH store pieces, rare RxH pieces, and S7 pieces will be for sale first come first served.
TT will start accepting lottery entries for both the Yellow Chaos at 1 p.m., and stop accepting entries at 3 p.m. You DO NOT have to present to win the Yellow Chaos, but it would be preferred. TT will take contact information, and do the drawing as soon as possible after 3 p.m.
Again, everything for sale starts at 1 p.m., so if you want something for sale come at 1 or as close as you can, pick a number for the Bigaro if you want it, enter into the lottery and do some shopping around the area (St. Mark's Place has some good music/movie stores, and there's a great bookstore nearby as well.)
Good luck everyone! I have to try my hand at the online lottery...so this is all on the up and up...I'd love that Yellow Chaos too...so congrats ahead of time to the lucky gal or guy who wins it!
Lorne
Hey, maybe this is a stupid question but is the 'new' bigaro you are referring to the one that was released at the RxH shop opening?

So on things like the Bigaro the rare supply is now divided among stores who only will sell them to locals and S7 (that doesn't discriminate against non locals)?
Doesn't this make them far harder to get online or was production stepped up to cover the shortfall created by the distro shops cockblocking non locals?
If distro shops think they'll keep my online business by only offering me common stuff online they're sorely mistaken. This online customer will flat out refuse to do any business at all with stores who do that.

Ugh. I hope this is not true on all fronts. I could have picked up the Bigaro elsewhere, but deliberately waited because I knew they would be available via distro.

The rare items are now split between more stores but the number that goes up online will be about the same. We just have less for in store purchases. The SF crew is going to have to start lining up again!
There will be a few RxH minis for sale this weekend:
Mini Chaos (red unpainted)
Mini Mutant Head (green splatter)
The lottery prize is a unpainted yellow chaos.
I think that answers all the questions.

I raised the same point when details of the distribution network were announced . . . it's cool that it spreads the gospel of kaiju but as an Int'l collector primarily buying from S7 it could potentially spread it a lil' too thin!

You guys really do seem to care and understand how to build loyalty from your customers and keep it.

hey Pogue, hate to ask 'bout it but are the minis going to be just at S7 or will TT and other stores also have 'em tomorrow? I'm going to be downtown around 1 and wanted to stop by TT, but if they won't have any then I need to plan on zipping home to buy them from S7

Better than paying Celga. What about Kimono My House? I (blush) have never been there, so I'm not sure what their hours are like.
