 Chronic Maverasu Hallucination LD
I just stumbled across this on ebay and fell for it immediately. Did I get robbed at $134? Either way I really dig this guy.

If it's worth that much to you, then it's worth that much. These are pretty hard to find in ANY colorway though, I'd easily pay that much for a clear or black/silver one...I've been told that Cronic is pretty damn underground so I figure the editions are quite small. Maverasus are f**king AWESOME!
Plus, that header is killer!

Killer! I'm really picky about Hedorahs, most of them are kind of ugly to me (except the amazing G1) but this one kills, nice score...

Those are both nice (Hed and Chronic) and it really is what you think it's worth, I'm super cheap, so unless something really blows me down, I reserve my cahs, but for Gargamel Heds I'm a sucker and Balzac too, way too much cash of mine goes those 2 ways.

No, it's not thaaat high. Considering I bought the same Maverasu off YJA not too long ago for around $90 then you add $20 for fees and shipping....it all adds up!
Great score!!! Cronic Mavs are totally underated and under appreciated!
More clear Cronic Mavs!!!!!!

You both paid fair prices Meat and lowen brow. The cronic is hard to come by anywhere and that is what I have seen that Hedorah go for on YJ.
I love those crazy clear colors that Cronic did! Offer Andy AKA Creaturion $1000 for his rare clear blue and green one and he will probably take it.

I'd say that's a good price on the CCP Hedorah. It usually goes for closer to $150.

That's a very good price for the Super7 CCP hedorah - they don't come up that often and when they do they usually sell in the $150 to $175 +++ range. good score on a great figure.

Just curious, didn't TT do a similar Maverasu, clear orange w/yellow and red tints, or is it the same one in this thread?

TT?
There is a very similar Mav, yes - The Taipei Toy Festival version. I used to have both of these Mavs but sold the version posted above (Just to clarify, the Ebay auction isn't mine. My Mav was sold via a private sale) a little while ago since I found it too similar to the TTF version. They're both nice figures.

Thanks for the info Andy. Know where I can score a clear one or the black/silver? Yeah, I know it's one hell of a long-shot, but if there's a board that can help, it's this one...

Afraid not. Just about every Mav produced has been in a limited run. There simply aren't very many out there.

Good info Andy. I was wondering why they looked so similar. I'd rather get a set of the TTF Cronic figs to put together

Not a bad idea. It's an excellent set. For some of the other sets, like the red/black and clear/silver, I've only got one of the two (either Mav or Zyurai) figures in each set and am still on the hunt for the other, after quite some time!

I can't believe how many colorways are made of the Cronics...and they all look amazing! I've seen some Mavs that make me want to weep...

I'm not crazy about alot of the Chronics but I picked up the same figure in a trade a while back. The colours and transparency sold me.
