Post Can anyone recommend a good Godzilla book?
or a couple? Looking for an overall history really, not necessarily the toys. More the backgrounds to Godzilla's creation and friends/foes from the movies.

Thanks
Neil

If you can track it down,
http://www.amazon.com/Official-Godzilla ... F8&s=books

It covers every film of the Showa and Heisei eras.

Post KODANSHA ALL GODZILLA PHOTOBOOK
Neil, in terms of a book with a graphical history of all Godzilla and other TOHO sci-fi films, they don't get much better than this one - all films from 1954 to 2004.

I have just a few mint copies left in stock, please let me know if you would like to reserve one. Thanks.

KaijuZoo cheers for the package and getting it out so quickly. Both books came looking splendid. It's nice to know that unlike certain forums you can buy stuff here and it actually arrives. :D

One of the best books is the German Book "Japan die Monsterinsel" from Jörg Buttgereit. The cover was painted by Rainer Engel, a great model maker from Berlin.
It contains descriptions and informations about all Godzilla and other important Monstermovies. It also contains very interesting interviews with movie makers and actors.

Unfortunately its is published in German language only.
