What is the difference between Deathra and Desura?
I've never seen either in real life... Am I missing something?

Probably the japanese language barrier - some have a real problem pronouncing "TH". They also add vowels a lot, so death-ra becomes de-su-ra, etc.

Keep lookin' glitchpop. It's a very popular figure but they aren't impossible to find. It just seems that way sometimes.
You'll like it even more once you have one. A real charmer.

Basically "Deathra" transcripted into Japanese is "Desura". Just like "Gargamel" is "Gagameru" etc. In Japan, when you're discussing new kaiju (at a show, store, etc) you usually need to use the Japanese version of the words.
On a side/related note, native English speakers have a major advantage when learning Japanese, since there are literally thousands of English words transcripted into Japanese and used on a regular basis. Makes it really easy to read a lot of menus and signs. Unfortunately it doesn't help one bit with the grammar.
