I think that's an Inazuman villain. Pretty damn cool!
I think there was a version that came with a handle so you could turn it into a back scratcher.

I am stupid.  I thought I read it wrong as the auctions says Rainbowman but its looks and sounds like a Barom 1 villain to me too! So I asked my GF and she said Rainbowman. Maybe thats why its seems like a cheap price, wrong title listing!! Ok, I will never listen to my girlfriend again!!  I need to do some research on this.

hey guys it looks like sellers on YJA noticed that these were going up in value. I think I have only seen three since the Barom 1 article in Super 7 so three being on there at once is CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!
