How do the Gargamel standard-sized vinyls compare to say, M-1 Go's in terms of solidness (if that's a word, you know, thickness of the vinyl and such).

I'd say they are roughly the same. The hedoran I have is really heavy. The vinyl on the Gargamel hedoran and zargoran seems at least as thick and heavy as typical M1, but somehow a little less flexible or harder. Gargamel is super high quality, for sure.

I agree with yiminy the quality is top notch on all the gargamel toys, I have one version of this toy and I love it.Charactics always does a steller job in the paint department, this one is a looker!
