I have only used Mandarake the once and all went well. Figures were new in box and in great condition with quick turn around and shipping. I think it took nearly 2 days to hear from them after placing the initial order and getting the first confirmation.

I have never bought from Toyshop Rough, but it was a great resource when I was starting out. They had a tonne of pics to look over.

I haven't had any problems with Mandarake, Rough or Clega. The service and quality at each has probably been better than almost any stores in the states. Super 7 is, of course, the exception. They rule too :)

As for Mandarake, it is definitely hit or miss and I have had my fair share of missing out on things I had in my cart, it's all part of the collecting "adventure" haha

Their pricing structure is all over the place! Some damged/incomplete pieces are listed $100+ . . . then a mint Sly and Robbie hits at $76.00 . . . bizzare!

OK. Shipping was super quick on my Amoeba Damudoron (Damnedron) and its in pristine condition except for a couple of yellow paint marks on the shoulder...but I think I can get that out.

I'm very happy with my order from Mandarake.
