I think its OK, and even interesting that museums open their doors to stuff like this.
Be it a couple of Dunnees or even a KzK bust.
It's not worst than a fuckin' Warhol record cover and his wig

Yes, I agree. It's art. Now if it's good or bad, that were the discussion begins.

Just curious for crap an giggles, what toys would KR members say hold their value the most? Or are the most sought after? Strictly newer stuff. Most vintage Americana trumps the new stuff in value I know.

I ask because I see an awful lot of sales here where it seems things that were really hot a month or two ago going cheap, or even half price at times. I know that's the nature of the beast, but I would like opinions. This isn't a probe to find out what to collect either. I like what I like and I'm sure most people here collect what they want as well. At least I hope they do...

I'd say the top 5 most sought after (and remain consistently high) just from being on this forum are:

1) Anything by Kaws
2) Anything by Huck Gee
3) MAD*Ls
4) Munnies
5) Anything by Ledbetter

Lot of great points being made considering my history of getting sucked into toy collecting trends throughout my life. Anyone need an orange card Spirit of the Force Greedo? Carded Manga Spawn? Anyone?

I've been somewhat out of touch with the KR part of the universe. I think a lot of us used to have western collections that got sold off to fund this newer habit. I finally unloaded a bunch of Mad*Ls last year and was surprised that they went for significantly more than what I paid for them.
