the new mandarake 1/6 clear zag with guts is actually clear glow vinyl (although it doesn't glow very well) - this one looks like the same thing - the slight cloudiness in the vinyl makes me think it's a glowie too.
I know we'll find out soon enough but it's fun to speculate in the meantime
