I calculate that the bag would add to the cost of the figure.
Wouldn't you agree?

We often ship them in a regular clear plastic bag, just for protection, nothing special. Sure you could always make things better, but additional costs are a problem. It´s always a matter of what´s cool and affordable for a particular printrun.

Well, the Halloween Skullman Skullbat is limited to only 100 pieces. 85 are sold only in Japan. We´ll get the rest of 15 pieces. Shocker Europe is the only place outside Japan that sells them. First come, first serve. I´m really sorry, but we don´t accept pre-orders. Please understand that we want to give everyone a fair chance to get one, so don´t ask for reservation. Thanks for your understanding.
On the other hand and although i´m a vegetarian, i would say that hunting and succeeding is a part of the fun.
The Foolsmate (not Foolsday, sorry) Skullman Skullbat and the Zodiac Skullman have a delay in production, because of the high oil price ! So we´ll offer these at a later date, maybe december. I´m sorry, but that´s a problem out of our control. So you can concentrate on the 33 Bloody Halloween Skullman and 15 Halloween Skullman Skullbat.

I went through the entire account set up and checkout procedure, but as I was trying to figure out the stupid "money order only" policy, the bat was thown out of my shopping cart and marked "sold out".
Reminds me of ordering from K!drobot.
Forget it.

yeah the checkout process is very long, not very user friendly. especially when going for limited items on release day.

Well, you could have opened your account weeks ago. The ordering process is the same for everyone, so it wouldn´t have helped you if it would have been shorter. Someone else would have been faster anyway. Also, the ordering process has to be as it is because of european law. One click orders like in the USA at amazon.com are forbidden in europe to protect the customers, i´m sorry.

My order with Artoyz (France) was super smooth. Ordered with a credit card. Zero problems.
What threw me with the Skullbat order (Germany) was "money order only". That's not European law. Anyway, every site is different. I guess I could have researched things better before the frenzy began.
I've had a string of shitty luck lately. Sucks, but life goes on.
Kein problem.

I´m sorry about your problems. I´ll check the english language part of the webshop. We accept paypal, money orders and advising to our bankaccount. We have had many international orders before without having this problem. It´s the first time that i hear about this particular problem and i´ll look into this and solve it. Thanks for letting me know and i apologize.
European law is that the customer has to really know what he orders and what he has to pay including shipment and has to read the business rules, showing tax etc.. This is way more strict in europe than in the US, for example. I was not talking about money orders, sure you can pay via creditcard in europe as well, if the shop has the possibility to do so. In our case you can pay via paypal with your creditcard.

Don't worry about it. I opened an account and read your policies weeks ago and was ready to go. Some people just need extra help when ordering things and like to complain. Smooth transaction
