I'm with Frank on the Green with purple/gold spray if he goes with an existing colorway. I also think those colors would like great in metallics over a black figure.

That Evil Kills....but it might be really hard to get the colors "right"

The Red Evil.... is just so EVIL!!!...besides the xtra work on the belt and bands the RED one could probably be done really close to the OG..................................The Gargamel BLK SILVER Rules too for the Big guy...could be done to match the OG fairly easy.

I can't look at this thread anymore. Seeing all these evils I'll never have will kill me. I vote for the one Frank suggested if it's possible. That is the best colorway I've ever seen on the Evil IMO.

Well, the big Mao was about the same size (a bit thicker, but shorter), and that one was $500 plus shipping ($84 to the East Coast). Frank said $4-500 for this, so assume that $500 will be the price and you probably won't be too far off - at worst you saved a little extra.

The mere thought is frightening my wallet already, but this sculpt in this size does seem awfully appropriate for standing as sentinels in pairs.

Espeically considering the scale. Many of the other colorways are beautiful, but the strength of the red/blue would be soooo impressive on a larger figure. The thing would just command with authority.

And imagine how they would look with HOK paint !!!

Here's a glassing question. I am not sure how these guys are glassed but I know when you glass a surfboard you can do resin tints which makes phenomenal looking colors. Is this possible to do with the way these will be made? If so maybe that would be a good approach, and you could have each one different color variations. Just my .02

if it has to be an existing evil colorway then i'm with muton (though the clear purple could be really nice with a good replacement for the clear).

otherwise i'd still vote for alphamark or bruised colorway.
