Not 100% sure but I believe I read someting of 15....but maybe it was the deadline of sending in the letter for the lottery.
Anyway, its def. more than 10. I count 11 :

it was 10 for the chaoQ and 3 for the skulltoys.
10 for the lottery doesn't necessarily mean a run size of 10. I'm sure Kaijutaro has one, I saw one in ichibanboshi (NFS), and I'm sure there will be others floating about.
