Hey Dennis this is sort of good to hear (I think- but I guess it makes scoring if you miss a bit harder). Do you think is because of the yen kicking ass on overseas currency, thus lowering flipper profits or do the flippers think we're not as interested in this stuff anymore?

Glad to see vintage styling/packaging making a comeback with this and the missle firing mechagodzilla by Bullmark, now if we can only do something about this conversion rate!

Just got to say I got my alterd man in today and this toy maker is gonna be huge !

Amazing toy and the package and design work are flawless and as top notch as you can get. The price defienitly dictates how much quality and detail are in these.

I wish I had the funds for the peach set at the time, man I'm kicking myself.

Is the vinyl soft or hard?
Paper inserts or something else?
Any problems standing?

vinyl is soft
the inserts are metallic and printed on foil
on mine the feet aren't 100% leveled.... he can wiggle a bit, but he stands just fine

Foil inserts??!! Aargh gotta get my hands on these. They seemed to sell slower than the gorillas (maybe there were more?) but none on the secondary market so far!
The few gorillas that were up went for some crazy prices! Can't wait to get mine!

And the quality of the foil it's thick ! As well as the quality of the paper for the inside of the jar it's a top quality gloss stock. The inserts are hallographic as well and mind blowing.

The figure has gems as buttons running down his chest which look to be jeweler quality. I mean just better and the basic hobby shop stuff.

I mean no detail was left less than the other. Even the design on the package is eye catching, great lines and colors.Everything has been thought out and it shows. It's like the exohead but taken up a notch.

The paint apps as well,very clean crisp work.

I really haven't been this pleased with a toy purchase in quite some time.

This is exciting news for the hobby!

Would be nice if somewhere down the road you could get a box of blank Owl's and do the PK treatment on them.

I really like these guys. Would love to see the next round of Neo Gorillas in clear as well. The foil insert and helmets really make this toy. The crystal buttons are a very nice detail. the foil inserts are printed on both sides so between the two figures, there are a total of four different designs. very high quality insert. feels like a metal playing card. beautiful and flexible.

These are brilliant. IMHO the most exciting releases in a long time. I have both Neo Gorillas which are very nice but these fellas come from another planet.

I debated picking a gorilla up but imho I'm not digging the colours on either version, I just hope they decide to release a few more.

I believe they already have, they sold the owls and Altered Man when they were available. I thought I might even saw Luke post something about a lulu run of the Altered Man?
