RAMPAGE x FRENZY 4 of each + one chase Absolute and one chase Serius this friday - for any interested parties (small font to defer 'sales pitch' badgery in an otherwise 'sales info-less' thread - just sayin'....)

Here's Frenzy's take on Max Toy's Captain Maxx. Unmistakable gladiator-ish body and face sculpt. AWESOME!

Re: Japanese Conan the Barbarian ?
There are certain things I have loved about Frenzy Bros' sculpts ever since I first saw them, but they just don't really 'fit' with my collection and I think it's because they're so action figure-y. These new (seemingly standard sized) guys would be the perfect addition though. The green guy's head sculpt is bitchin'.

Ahhhh, speaking of that show, does anyone know anything about Spy Monkey Creations or whoever seemed to be creating weapons packs for the Frenzy toys?

Re: Japanese Conan the Barbarian ?
Reallu like these sculpts. My only change would be to add some awesome wrist, or evenn better, elbow articulation. Well that, and I am still waiting for some moveable legs.

Re: Japanese Conan the Barbarian ?
Dont' think I'll be going power-grab on the whole frenzy universe, but I did just finally get these two (three?) dudes in the mail and I'm loving them. I especially like the (very) minor detail of the 2-head dude being slightly larger/taller than the standard single body. Because something with 2-heads is obviously a giant. Duh. We B Clubbin'. #frenzy by jhateball, on Flickr In the neg column, they need to fire the goldfish they've got drilling out the hands and upgrade to a lizard....surely that would be an upgrade in Quality Assurance.

HAhahahaa, so true. I am surprised it hasn't been mentioned overtly here yet (that I can recall) but I am sure I am not the only one who had to carefully take a knife to my dudes to do some home trimming.

But I did glue the handle back onto my sword since it totally didn't fit into the hole, and snapped before it began to bend/flex. Moral of the story is to blow-dry your Frenzy hands until they are nearly melty before inserting weapons. This is the only safe way, worked like a charm.

Re: Japanese Conan the Barbarian ?
This also happened a few times to me but nothing a tip of glue couldn't fix. Blow dry does the rest.
