boil water and soften the boots and feet.

its the little sock inside the boot giving me all the problems, boiling water might worth though and just isolating and softening the top part, I hope.

Edit: persistance is keey, a few vinyl burns and hours later and its all fixed. Cheers Joe

True, you can try your luck in the various Mandarake stores, you'll probably find something or in some of the smaller stores. Don't forget to pick up your copy of Tokyo Underground ;)

This is true, I got an Ultrus Bog at the one in akihabara for a killer deal, but then again they had some stuff that was clearly marked up... A lot.

As for the tokyo underground book, it comes in handy.

Speaking of trips, let me jump on the bandwagon here, I'm going to Osaka for a few days in march, anything I should check out? This is the first time I'm going with the idea of toy shopping, before it was just touristy stuff. Do recommend touristy stuff too! :D

Oh, she'll be keen in going to SB, its in harajuku so there is plenty to do there. Fashion and quirky stuff. Also, Erostika and bounty hunter are in the same building, great fun to stop by. I found a great restaurant around the corner from the family mart in front of the SB building, wish I had some pics.

As always, here is Andy's superb list of places to visit in tokyo. This is fun to do.

HERE

Might be useful to know that SB generally only sells their current releases and essentially doesn't carry any back catalogue (unless during specific initiatives, like the black ball lottery); in other words, if you're after Cure and unless a new one is being released, you might as well look elsewhere if Cure is your main focus. Having said all this I agree that BXH, SB and Erostika definitely deserve a visit if you're in the area!! :D

Anyone know what we can expect from Cure this year? Big thanks to Leucotomy for helping me (Boojiboy) out over on Toy Karma, it's solidified my addiction. I've just got the one MISHKA Boogie at the moment, but I'm hungry: checking all Lue's tips every single day now.

this version looks so great. it really shows the details of the sculpt in all of its glory. might have to break the vintage rule for this one.

Dang!..I was really hoping we'd have seen a painted BrainBug by now.

Plus...I think it's kind of a boring color to drop $95 + shipping on.

The last flesh blank you need right? so awesome, I don't think its a boring colour at all, great colour choice to bring out all the detail in the toy.
