This one was offered directly by Thorn. Rarely are these for pre-order, but this one was stress free, as Joe said. Once in a great while do we overseas fans catch a retail opportunity!

its not available in the US, but it was available to the US from the Japan thorn website 3 days ago. you missed the preorder

I fully understand the value of not posting about limited run releases / lotteries / auctions / etc., but can someone explain why anyone would keep a made-to-order sale that's available to overseas buyers quiet here?

i would assume (as i really dont know/care) that those in the know, already had found it or checked up on it, otherwise a friend sent a link. most of this paranoia conspiracy stuff also has to do with the fact that often the lines are blurred between pre-order and lottery, usually at the makers/releaser/whatevers discretion

I don't think that these releases are kept a secret by any means, they just arent' publicly announced. If you keep on top of it, you're usually able to stay in the know. And if not, there are always people to ask. Personally, I'd rather just not broadcast it in the thread for a shit ton of anonymous lurkers to see and take advantage of. Boogies aren't nearly as hyped and flipped as Nags, but it still happens quite often. This one, however, I only found out about last minute from a friend.

My girl picked up this boogie tonight for me for my birthday, from James Gromans collection that he had for sale at Foe, I was told its probably a proto or test pull, what ever though I'm really stoked on it.

They haven't arrived just yet. I check in every couple days, and I believe they'll be enroute shortly, if not already.

Anyone see this black mishka boogie on the bay?? Such a weird description... It was blank an the guy painted it black? Says its in bad condition, no original head and only worth turning into a custom (also bad english)

That's skeet's. I think it was originally the clear green Mishka Boogie... stripped, repainted black, and the head swapped. By bad condition he probably means far from original condition, but I'm just speculating.

anyone know when this was released? same header card as the brain bug boogie flesh version.
