GF aside, I'm pretty disappointed by SB's output.
Everything they released this year has been a colab, whether it's Pushead, S7, Usugrow or that 3 Tides thing, there's nothing that it all SB.

I hope Hiddy is just taking a breather and working on something to knock our socks off.

I think the FHP Cap is cool and the Franken(berry) Fighter isn't HORRIBLE, it's cool. I agree, this is the best GF out there, IMO. But I just love blue.

I love blue too! And I hate pirates, so...
But if I liked pirates I'd dig the Captain. But I almost don't consider either of the Pus pirate figures to be SB - the Skullwing, sure. But the pirates?

No they all sold out on preview night. I guess they had a really limited number, of course. :(

To give Hiddy his due, it was a fairly last minute decision for him to come along, and I'm sure most SB heads would rather see him attend with a limited offering than not show at all. Even though I didnt score one, I was stoked he bought along the Gold RI And I'm sure anyone who was lucky enuf to score felt the same way.

I don't know. I'd have to disagree. I'm of the mentality that if you're gonna come out you give it 100%. Clearly that wasn't the case. And, from the looks of the pics, in my opinion SDCC as a whole didn't measure up. If you wanna use it as a hub to hook up with all yer buddies on the board, then so be it and that's cool by me. But as far as I can see from all the posts, it was pretty much all for not.

yes... i agree! Hiddy & co. could have just brought their stuff and left, but they were always around the table hanging out even when everything was sold. I hope they come back next year & bring more goodies.

I have to disagree. I think everyone gave 1000%! It was worth the trip just to meet and hang with everyone.

There were a TON of badass toys......................................................................a ton!

It was a blast all around and I wouldn't trade the experience for anything!

As a non-attendee I'd have to agree with 666doll - based on the photos there were very few items that interested me. Secret Base absolutely SUCKED (they did NOT bring 1000%). Their only good offering was the GF which resulted from Flynn, not Hiddy (and I don't collect GFs). Gargamel was pretty lame if you're not into customs - the only stock figure that interested me there was the Beetlar. And the secret Scrappers Rokuron was the only other Japanese figure that interested me (but I don't collect Rokus either).
Even the Pus event seemed more exciting last year.
As an event it sounds like a lot of fun - but this year the offerings just weren't interesting to me. Seems Gargamel put all their thought into Preview Night and everything else was an afterthought.
