I think you could do a lot worse than Touma, design-wise. He's got that unique angular design aesthetic that always looks like his own. There are more popular toy designers whose appeal is totally lost on me. Much less original, creative, and talented designers whose name value inspires lemming-like "gotta have it" behavior. Oh well, taste is taste. I'm not a Touma collector but have to recognize that his best work is stunning and well-designed. I guess my major criticism is that there have been way too many Skuttles where the colorway wasn't anything especially interesting.

I've never played house of the dead, and I've seen 28 days later, but 2 zombie things out of hundreds out there don't make the standard!
28 days later was good though...
I need to see 28 weeks later

You realize that when the zombie invasion occurs 9mm ammo will by far be the most common type of bullet you can find, and also my "girlie" XD 9mm subcompact kicks butt and I can easily conceal it in a pocket. not that i'd do that prior to said zombie invasion, I am a man who follows The Law, but you know, when the invasion occurs it's no holds barred.
Ohhhh I didn't realize you were a fellow zombie hunter. Machete's and rifles are great outdoors but you really do need the subcompact inside for recon missions and supply hunts. Plus the low flash and recoil can easily take out a handful of zombies quickly, if you had simply said it was there for when the dead walk the earth I totally would have understood

I kinda disliked 28 Days so I never saw Weeks but want to out of Zombie-love desire.
My problem with Days was the damned "Day of the Dead" style second half with the military and their rape plan and even one chained up for experiments. God damn it! I hate that shit! Loved the first half though.
Ravenous rules!

"Weeks" is like fast food. It seems okay while you're watching it, and then when it's over, you forget it. Lots of explosions, yawn. Plus it has a heavy-handed yet shallow sort of criticism of the Iraq invasion going on metaphorically that probably shouldn't have been there. Despite some all-right things about it (e.g. some decent acting) I think of it as one of those sequels that kinda diminishes the original. Maybe I'm being too hard on it. It's not like zombie movies are high cinema.

I like SEcret Base, I have a few figures.
I also like Skuttles, not as much as SB, but I like 'em.
Zombies are also RAD, especially comedy zombies (sorry hardcore). My favorite ever zombies were two gay twin brother zombies roaming around Universal's Halloween Horror nights about 6 years ago - they wanted to eat my brain, but were really funny about it.

 ot - zombie flick
I strongly, strongly recommend Fido as a zombie movie to watch. It is the best. Don't think it had much of a theatrical run, if any. Has the chick who played Trinity in The Matrix. It's awesome, despite being from Canada. Hahah just kidding I dig Canada.

If you are pursuing nazi zombie movies DO NOT make the mistake of killing any brain cells on Shock Waves. Yes, they may be aquatic nazi zombies, which sounds cool in theory, but it is AWFUL and mind-numbing and a total let down.

Hell yah. I've been periodically checking their site. http://www.gorehoundinc.com/
It seems they're continuing to have difficulty getting people to back it. Note that the last website update says shooting to begin in 2007....they've got 9 more days...

This thread reminds me of a Simpsons episode, who knew that a post about a not-so-new Frankenghost would mutate into a thread about nazi zombies???

The trailer for Worst case Scenario was really cool though, I signed up to their mailing list so many years ago I can't believe they still haven't made that shit!

I will give you this, the nazi zombies in shockwaves look awesome, the fact that they are aquatic just puts them over the top. But the people they kill pretty much just sit there and allow themselves to be killed, and when it turns out just how easy it is to disable the zombies, you just smack your forehead and scream at the tv "OH MY GOD HOW DUMB ARE YOU IDIOTS I COULD TOTALLY BE KICKING THESE DUDES' ASSES!" The movie is also really slow-paced. But the zombies in it are pretty cool.
