Seriously, and this is coming from a huge Bruce Lee fan, Chuck Norris could kick Bruce's ass. He may not have the badass-ness/charisma that Bruce had, but Norris can fuck shit up. The guy was the World Karate champion when he retired undefeated from pro competition.
You know that scene in Way of the Dragon where the two fight and Bruce Lee wins? That was the first instance of Chuck's long tradition of doing charity work.
