I believe the chaos set was 18,000 yen (2250yen per) but included a small envelope containing a 1000yen bill. So it was 17,000 unless you decided to tip the toymaker...

Well..if it's bigger then the bieder/vader than it's probably about 7-8 inches tall.

I think with some better paint application it could be really cool.

I don't know where playdohpunk got that information but am hoping it was just a misunderstanding (?) I can't imagine why Blobpus dude would go to the trouble of having such a complex sculpt made and produced for a limited edition of merely 10 figures. Unless he charged art gallery prices per figure, it'd be a big money-loser, no?
Plus, he MUST know that this thing stands to be popular well beyond existing Blobpus collectors (?)

very true... I'm just not sure which colors are more gonna be more of the proto type releases and so forth...

I have no idea about this release, but it seems we've seen instances before where the first release of a new sculpt is a smallish run. And, given Cronic's already-small runs, I could see this particular color/paint/whatever being a very small edition.

Plus, starting any new sculpt with an extra-small edition creates artificial demand, perhaps helping the many, many future colors and paints sell more briskly.

got mine for a few dollars cheaper through Auction Toy on eBay... Knunt is always on the expensive side but I think Simon is a cool dude and always tries to help me find things when he can and I totally give him props for that...
