Yeah, That really sucks. Now anyone can get one. What was the point of collecting them all. I mean I love all of the set, but I feel kind of ripped off.

But if you bought the set, the last figure is free. Thats the draw of it. Its a bonus figure, not an exclusive figure. Plus, if it was exclusive, how would they have produced the 7th figure? Waited until everyone who bought a set sent in their tickets, then tally the number up and then ask Secret Base to make that many? The extra time that would take would be tremendous. Or what would happen if only 10 people completed the set, but the glowie plush manufacturer or had a minimum order of 30? Would SB just toss the extra 20? What about the Japanese Market who don't/can't/won't order from S7?

I woulda presumed using the same logic/calculations as the '05, '06 and '07 Halloween sets . . . . all of which were sold on the same premise.

cool it's for sale..sucks for those hoping to get some cool mash up or something exclusive,although I guess they never said it was exclusive.. I think we all thought you could only get it if you got the others..I know thats what I thought..the bonus brain is better than any of the other voodoos ..but there was already a brain in the series..I would have thought a different figure would have been added..not too fuss too much about it...but ya know what I mean

I hear you man, I bought this whole set twice because I originally bought all figures from Japan. Then I find out no bonus unless you have the tickets, tickets are from S7 or their Distro's. So I re-purchased the entire set for the tickets and now I'm just a little upset because I could have just chilled and got the bonus through SB (of course at a higher dollar rate plus shipping). So This series wasnt the best experience for me but I am happy as hell all the same just to have them all, but I think in the future these series releases shouldnt be handled like that, bonus means bonus. For those who spent every month buying each figure to get the bonus only to find out you could just purchase it is a real bummer.


I wasnt feeling this Brain at all and was kind of let down until I saw them all together in Bert's pics, WOWSERS!!

I actually think this holds true to their series releases, '05=2 GF's, '06=2 franks, dont rememeber '07, but '08 2=Brains.
Seems to be par for the course honestly.

I do feel kinda bummed that anyone can buy the the bonus figure. I thought the only way to get it was to buy the first six, collect the tickets, and send them in. I guess it wasn't fully explained, but I'm thinking most folks were on the same wave length.



If it was stated early on that the bonus figure would be available for sale some folks would have skipped on the figures that they weren't digging. Can't complain too much as the figure will be FREE to those of us who got the entire set.

Still a very cool figure and an awesome set!

Color me 'annoyed' as well, for all the reasons already stated. Oh well. There's a lesson to be learned here: Spend less time scrapping to complete a series you're not 100% crazy about, and more time learning Japanese..
