I don't know if fellow boardies are interested enough, but I am. I agree. I'd like to see more emphasis on who both designed and sculpted certain toys. It's always interesting to me to know who had their hands in the production of the toys we collect. Are there other figures other than Gargamel figures that Kiyoka has sculpted? Or maybe my question should be, what hasn't Kiyoka sculpted?

My bad, I would have posted this up in American Idols had I known Gargamel just sculpted it and wasn't involved in the colab. Should it be moved?

Re: Gargamel x Bwana x Super 7 - Steven the Bat
Nice thread guys. I particularly like that he looks like a boston terrier to some of you. i think bats and dogs can look nearly identical. i love both. The way they make the sofubi in japan they can't do the wings like the first one. They would warp and twist really bad when they get pulled out of the mold. So i told them to make him like garamon. Need to have somebody do a nice 3-d animated version of him like the nathan videos. i can really picture this steven walking all over the place. Will continue with the last WTF versions today and tomorrow before i head down to S7, GR2, and SDCC. Gotta drink lots of tea. WTF Now with more total BS

Re: Gargamel x Bwana x Super 7 - Steven the Bat
I don't think anyone has really talked about the WTF tour Stevens as a set - there are 6 stops on the tour, each stop gets a different painted glow Steven with one of the six letters on the back "S -T - E - V - E - N" and you can collect the whole set. The glow is the common denominator of the WTF tour - which color/letter version did you get?
SDCC will be a different version.
Whee!

Whee! Way to play on my obsessive compulsive tendencies. I just ordered two from Bwana last night without knowing about the letters on the back. Now I have to decide if I'll be happy with an incomplete set, or if I'll have to track the rest of them down.

Re: Gargamel x Bwana x Super 7 - Steven the Bat
The letters on the back was too tricky with the time I have/had to work on these. Happy to take the paint pen out for anybody that gets a complete set though. And... there will be 7, NYC, Paris/london, Schmancy, grass hut, S7, GR2, and SDCC. So it would spell STEVEN!
