Awww, I actually like the shiny sticker eyes. Reminds me of those little foil decals that came with every robot toy back in the day...

Can't you peel off the stickers and the eye socket is the same shape. So they could just paint the area in future runs. I like the figure. I'm not really into cutting up a vinyl figure to add pieces, but I'm not a big customizer either.

I'm going to bust your balls for a second because you bring up an interesting thought... even if a vinyl toy is designed to be customizable and reconfigurable in the same vein as a Glyos toy, does doing so still count as 'ruining' it? Sort of like with 'build kits' that some companies have released... sure one or two uncut sets look cool, but if I got one of those 'make your own figure' sets, you can be sure I would make my own figure!

I got to handle this guy last week, and while I have never really paid attention to or liked the Nibbler stuff that much, this guy is pretty nicely made, and I'm curious to see what is next for him, as well as what people will come up with once they get them in hand. I thought the eye stickers were a neat twist on sprucing up the initial unpainted run. The actual sculpt still isn't my favorite, but they don't all have to be.

Stickers were always a part of toys. Die-cast toys made use of stickers a lot, jumbo machinders also had tons of stickers, and some Popy toys like the Go Rangers set.

i'm lovin' the look of this new Raccoon Dog (Tanuki) sculpt -
though i find it interesting RxH have left this in its traditional form rather than putting the cyclops 'spin' on it like alot of other releases . . . . . .

Yeah, I was kind of surprised too, there seemed to be no RealHeadization of the Tanuki.
But I like it. I'll probably pick up a couple if I see them pop up.

I wonder what that would involve...a cyclopean eye, a chaos scrotum?

they should do a few of these in resin.

I'm happy to say I have a very cool Nibbler in hand over here in Tokyo and that they are indeed very special...thanks awesome new tokyo friends!!!

p.s. I can now personally confirm that Mori and co. are some of the nicest, most generous people I've ever met on the scene...we need to support this guy to the end...just saying.

+1.. Im sure he will be doing something soon, everyones still waiting on their orders from the on demand drop so hopefully we will see something in the next few weeks. Id like to see some GID action, thats for sure.

Got my Nibblers. They are really cool and look great in many different combinations.

Definitely need more RxH US. The on demand ordering was a great idea and I hope it continues.

I'm pretty behind and out of the loop on current RxH releases, so I got a quesiton on this particular toy:
The Pheyaos Man that is represented with the coinciding shirt- Is it an upcoming release? Or has this been already released?
I never been a huge fan of this sculpt, but that colorway is freakin brutal! Would love to get my hands on it!
