Yeah, I have also been thinking more and more about the Ballunga for a while now. It is indeed by Sofvi life. As all their stuff is, this one is hard to come by, but such a beauty that well pays off. Really love it hanging there, so great. Count me as another hoping for a different paint or vinyl release of the M1.

Sofvi life is same company as Target Earth right?
since target earth URL still use name under sofvilife, and Marmit and TE still have collaboration lately.

Post Re: Random reasons why Marmit Rules
My sleeping Goji is marked "Marmit", but my sitting/sleeping Goji is marked "Sofvi Life" while both only ever came with Sofvi Life headers as far as I have seen. Those are the only two SL figures I have available to me to check, but am curious about the markings on other SL releases. A little hunting with SL in kana (ソフビ ライフ) I found that different versions of Marmit's flying Hedorah have been released with a Marmit or a SL header. In my mind, Sofvi Life is more like a line within Marmit, where Target Earth would be more far removed, such as Skullheadbutt. But perhaps the people involved in SL went on to form TE?

Interesting stuff. We really should come up with a list of all of Marmit's subsidiaries and spin off's! there's quite a few...

Exactly, I think that's it: I've never been particularly interested in the sculpt/character, but this color scheme and paint style really speak to me...

i would never bring a sadako doll into the house on purpose. especially if it came in a video cassette shaped container. the well accessory is really fun, though.

the glitter mazinga looks terrible like that! it also looks like it's suffering from a bad make-up job.

I don't know I like the Mazinger, clear paints over glitter. I'll bet it looks a lot better in person too. The Sadako is pretty awesome for what it is, but it doesn't really seem like something that needs to be vinyl.

I think that that Mazinger is the ParaBaby version. I have to agree, I am not sure what it is exactly, but somehow it just doesn't feel right. I think maybe it might be that there are just too much sparkles in the vinyl, making it more flashy than anything.

Sadako is okay, not exactly my thing, maybe just too 'normal' as opposed to monster. I think a twisted pose would have done much more for this figure. As executed in vinyl, just kinda seems like a cool action figure to me.
