I was a little underwhelmed when I got the TMNT set . . . wow, this makes it a hell of a lot better . . .

I received my TMNT set and think I like the originals more only because it goes with all the other RxH releases. I think Mori didn't spray the mask for a more subtle approach. I think the LS versions are quite cool, cute and more custom looking but I will try to make masks for these as it goes with the bandana cloth approach. I will probably change my mind once I get sick of looking at the originals

For me, the masks make it. I get the reference otherwise, and appreciate it, but there's SO MANY GREEN RXH! So adding that extra bit blows me away. I couldn't own the normal set now KNOWING this version's out there, even in limited numbers.

TMNT were one of my top toy obsessions as a kid. Masters of the Universe, Ghostbusters and than TMNT. I liked other stuff, but LOVED those 3. They all had slime accessories, all had the best playsets and vehicles and all had tons of side characters I NEEDED even if they rarely appeared in the shows.

Though I imagine Chaos saying "&#&*$%*##@!#$%^*(" vs. "COWABUNGA!" Also Bigaro looks upset to be Feldman's character.

Mini oni head is looking great. want to see more pics and some painted versions. he looks so styleized w/ his arms crossed. that is definitely mori's pose and this mini looks even more like him. he appears to be leading his gang of mutants in this pic. RHND.
