Re: Angora Patio
What a slimey, cheating, greedy prick. That's just pathetic. But folks know his/her game and shell out big money anyway. it's just frustrating--that's all.
"soon..." I gotta stay focused on the source.
I just hope that A. they're not an active board member, and B. I haven't helped them out with anything.

Re: Angora Patio
batman dude has to be a board member. other board members have bought from him and could easily tell you who it is. (I have not)
you guys are just perpetuating hype paying these prices. I can't imagine non-board collectors paying these absurd prices. at the end of the day, it's a lump of plastic. I can sell you a lump of plastic for half the price. I'll even include dinner and a movie. it's worse that the person has even been mentioned now. you've made an advertisement out of these stupid sales.
these sales are a perfect example of the gimme gimme attitude that is so prevalent these days. no patience at all. that's a mortgage payment, 5 car payments, food for a year, etc...i don't see the appeal i guess.

Re: Angora Patio
atease, very nice way of putting things. I agree with everything you said. I think it's just sad to have this situation and us perpetuating it. I don't know if the seller is on SB but the buyers sure are. And regarding the Nag lotteries and even other stuff, I wonder how that guy does it... I don't like him.

If the seller isn't on SB he's aware for sure of this thread's existence... probably reading us as we type.

Re: Angora Patio
you guys are goofing with me--but thanks anyway just a quick pen sketch. I had done one with Mr. Nag's balls popping out during a sumo-stomp, but I didn't want to rub anyone the wrong way. let's see some more at-work doodles.

Maybe this will get the "ball" rollin'

OK--the gloves come off and the balls pop out. the original sketch was thrown away, so I did another one a few minutes ago.

Gotta love this thread for sheer pushing of artistic (ahem) "ballzout" boundaries! Nice work G and Z!
