I can't really speak for S7, but I would doubt it. The "Get Fat Milk" also released a Skullbrain that S7 didn't carry.
These are pretty much Hiddy Hand Paints.

I think Mark is likely correct - these seem to be long sold out, and the US got their shot at similar handpaints at SDCC.
As far as I know, the Last Legend Pumpkin Brain is a Japan only release as well.

From the SB site, it sounds like they come with a LED light to put inside the figure. I think there are two LED's in each one. It doesn't say anything about GID paint though, so maybe just the LED's? It also says this is going to be the last Pumpkin of the series. I think this thing is f'n cool!!
It does come with a couple of LED's in it. They are motion sensitive. I just ordered my Last Legend 2007 Pumpkin Brain from the Secret Base website. They are apparently still available, or were two days ago. 3675 Yen plus tax and shipping came out to $47.30 USD. It should be on its way to me now. I will post pictures as soon as I get it.

I don't know anything about the Get Fat Milk release, that on was news to me.
The light up Pumpkin Brain will not be coming to S7 or any other stateside dealers, it is SB only. One other Halloween release not yet announced will be the same.
After that, each and every single SB release of any kind will be in S7 just like usual. I just met with Hiddy while overseas, and everything is kosher, these releases are just for them as the pumpkin gets retired. The Usugrow release was the same way, the initial version was SB only as per request from Usugrow, all future releases will be headed our way.

Retire Pumpkin??? Isn't the fig one of the most recent SB figs??? I'm asking cuz I don't know , but seriously, it seems very early or is it even possible, to retire a fig? Maybe he'll get replaced by Squash Brian~ Hiddy can make it look like the squash is half way smashed/cracked, that would be dope!

Mine came from SB today and its got a movement triggered strobe light in it. Not exactly elegant but its kind of fun (unless you have epilepsy).

One showed up here today. Cool effect when you first open the box or pick it up the first time. Something new and unexpected.
