I also don't remember ever seeing a Hiro Bat in BST, but it could have been one of those 'gone' threads that was sold and edited out before I saw it. Presumably Josh can access even those (?). The Hiro Bat has been on my Wanted list since I realized my error and missed the shirt (like, May?), but I've never had so much as a single nibble.
It's such a great sculpt, second only to Chaos in my book, that I've never understood why there are so few Bats (there are as many Gatchigons as there are Bats!) - Only six total, and half of those (Hiro, Jyarinko and clear) are nearly-impossible gets.

yes, Im %99.9 sure the bat was for sale. The seller said he diddnt really collect RxH and just wanted the shirt. Im questioning myself now but cant think of any other RxH figure that is related to a Tshirt release.
It sat there for a few minutes (which seemed like forever to me) then that item was totally removed. I think a couple people commented (maybe the seller said this) that $100 was a good price etc. etc.
I wanted the bat but passed, but still think about it to this day! Not trying to stir up drama here - but spread the info as I remember.
ADD: was the painted jynacro (sp) bat available at that time? and would it have gone for $100? and are the colors close enough for me to confuse the 2??

i don't recall seeing a jyarinco bat on the board either...i could be wrong on that one though. and no, i don't think they look similar.

*******I think Hiro would know if the Beyond Bat was on BST...
Damn...figured you would have scared one up by now.....
I think the Bat is below Akro as far as most favored for most....this is probably why there are so few versions.
I dig em all..but if I had to order the sculpts disregarding color schemes......
Head
Evil
Chaos
Akro
Bat
Oni
This would get all jangled up adding color schemes into the equation
If I ever get the Green Evil it will be my favorite though and I would trade HUGE for it.....the likes of Clear Pink Booska ,GID Pink Evil, Jarinko Head and Bat,any Chaos except PopSoda...cause I aint got it...$$$ ect...ect...ect
I know shameless plug...sorry guys!

god i only want a clear pink chaos. that even seems impossible these days.
what's interesting to me is that clear rxh seems to go like crazy, yet the S7 undead bat still sits there in the store. weird.

I thought that too. I think it's killer AND it's got inserts, but I think the thought process for some people might be:
"High production run (considering) = pass until a cheap one goes up in the BST section from someone who just got it for the token" which happened once already.
I love neon, I love Halloween themed colors, I love inserts and clear and I love RxH Bats, no brainer for me!
Tavaro, maybe it was the normal first Orange Bat and someone got it confused and thanpulled the sale? I dunno, not doubting you but I totally can't remember this either though my memory is sketchy at best.

possibly. my comment wasn't meant to compare the pink chaos and the s7 bat, just to make a point that it's weird there is clear rxh just lying around in the webstore while other releases get grabbed before you can blink.
although lately the run sizes have been a bit larger it seems so i think you definitely have hit it on the head.

I didn't pick one up as I wasn't really into the paint scheme.
Now if it was say pink with metallic highlights, I'd be all over it.

yeah i think certain colors are also a big factor, but considering the jyarinco figures are clear with minimal paint (similarities are limited i know), it puzzles me with folks buying habit.

Call it blasphemy, but I prefer the Undead to the Jyrinco. Than again I prefer gaudy, bright and loud to subtle, sophisticated and classy. I'm more Iggy less Lou if ya know what I'm saying?

nah I agree with you. the jyarinco evil looks cool with that paint app, but they're not really my thing either.
gold tends to shy me away from buying things most of the time (although there are exceptions)
