Sometimes SB splatter suits the subject, sometimes it doesn't . . . . 9 times outta 10 I'll take the regular version . . . obvious exceptions being the Samain Ghostfighter, Spirits series and the URA Obake all of which work really well!

I just like the subtle black tonework on the OG . . . gives it some depth!

Wow, mezza. The colors look a lot better in your photo than they did on the SB site.

The black ink splatter and white/gold really bring to mind traditional Japanese artwork (i.e., Noh masks or sumi-e painting). Different than the Walder homage, but quite nice in its own way.
