I'd cut them some slack man, first attempt and it was during the Halloween weekend.

I only got my number 3 pick, the glow Fly Guy. I wasn't even going to bother with him in case I managed to get both my other choices, but I was worried about getting hosed on the other two, and that's exactly what happened Still a cool figure.

Cuz I was trying for three The Kikaida colored Adult was my first choice by a mile. And I think everyone wanted the purple.

Edit- *sigh* Someone on the US RxH forum is already trying to trade away the Kikaida Adult...

My #1 was the Fly and I totally scored. Chaos is always great but I have tons of Chaos so I can lose out (and wait) for one. I have no Fly's and GID and gold are perfect together. I think I would have gone with the split Chaos Man as well after seeing more pics but I was out and only saw some small pics on my cell phone.

In the Fly Guy's defense, I don't have any glow Adults yet, so he does fill a nice gap for me. The colors also look awesome.

EDIT: On a more positive note, can we talk about how fucking good the prices were? I could buy Adult sculpts all day long at $60.

just got an email back, put in for the purple chaos and the green mirock..but only scored the mirock! The mirock was my first pick on the list, so i'm happy

yeah, i put in for all but the Mutant Head and won the Adult Kikaider Chaos. it was my last choice. I dont really do the Adult line so he is up for trades plus difference for either the Phase Chaos or a Mirock Chaos.

So people are getting shit for posting a want for a 1/1 custom because "no one's even received theirs yet", while in here people are merrily trading figs they don't even have in hand yet (and must have wanted really bad in the first place )? It's a new world, indeed - welcome to Schizobrain.

I'm with bunnyboy, the whole "I got figure 'A' but it wasn't my first choice, want to trade?" mindset seems kinda lame. Why even submit for the lottery drawing of a figure unless you really wanted it? Buying it just for trade value? Not something I'd do, but hey what can you do? I thought about trying for the Chaos, but as much as I liked it I'm not much of a fan of RxH and figured I'd leave it so the odds were at least one better for those who really wanted it.

Hoping some armored Chaos pop up onto the store in the near future. Just need an armored Chaos I really like to round at my little Chaos group.

I think the trading thing is all in how you do it... obviously there were people that wanted one figure over another, but could have been happy with most of them. The quoted example; however, where you admit you didn't want it from the start is just fucking lame. That coulda been my Kikaida Chaos right there, going straight to a person who really wanted it, but instead it went to someone who did not want it at all and is already trying to use it as a second chance at the ones he actually wanted.

Yeah man, people around here are not into people buying things as trade bait. I thought the Phase Chaos and the Fly Guy where awesome but didn't even bother since I knew sooner or later I would sell/trade them. I could have easily put in for one, both or all the toys in order to use them to gain things I do want but that would have taken them out of peoples hands who wanted them in the first place. I know in a lot of other places and in a lot of other hobbies flipping and trade baiting is part of the game but we try and look out for each other in toys and on SB. People are more likely to help you find what you are after if you play by the house rules.

No, I like him. I love Chaos. He was my last choice of all of them. I'd keep him if no one wants him. I just know others really wanted him as well. I'd be willing to send him to one of those people who really wanted him more then the others they got. That way they get what they really wanted and I get what I really wanted. It's an option. I'm just happy to support Mori (and crew) in this endeavor.

Well if you really like the toy thats one thing, it just seemed from your short post that it wasn't something you were interested in. I can understand on this type of lottery two people choosing to trade what they got so they can both have their first choice. It's just odd to see so much talk of trade so quickly after the Lotto. I really hope there is a Mirock Evil in the next batch.

I agree with Ben. Its about Trade-flipping Vs Trading; If you bought strictly to trade - yeah it sucks. But cool trades involve you giving up something hella cool to get something hella cool - like in this case. So if two people entered the sale for teh right reasons (i.e. not with later tradeage in mind), both got shorted and both would be happier by trading their one piece - then I dont see a problem - it almost seems like its setting the universe in balance. Nothing beats a cool trade when both parties end up being stoked! Its one of the things that make this hobby fun for me!

I'm surprised people dont have more of a problem with the revolving door sales policy that some folk have on the BST. Instead that usually gets a cheer.

Mind you, I would ONLY trade him for the Mirock. Aside from that, he will go next to my LamourSupreme Pheyaos Man Custom. But yeah, I agree. I love my RxH. I'd just give my left nut for a Mirock Chaos. I like the angles.
