If anybody is actually seriously thinking of painting over one of these guys, *please* pm me and trade one of your black or white zudons for my grey unpainted omake zudon mini. It would make so much more sense to paint over grey vinyl than pearl or black limited lottery releases.

I absolutely love the sculpt of this figure. Both the King and mini are cast in a leaf green vinyl.

It's painted blue over green vinyl.

Awesome... it reminds me of Iron Man, which is bad, because I don't need to want a second MB right now  Any release info? The last few MBs have been 100% impossible to get outside Japan.

You can always try and hit the bottom of the fig with a hair dryer and see if you can lean it back a bit... my Mad Baron's needed that treatment twice now.

Soo, did anyone score the GB Mad Baron? Did it sell out at the store? I'd love to see or get one. What exactly is GB tho? It reminds me mostly of Iron Man.

Really? Mine never has. Even solo style. Trick might be to stuff him in a shelf with lots of shorter toys in front of him.

The new MB is ok. Still holding out for a glow version...

I gave the legs on my MB a little extra kick the second time around and it's been standing fine, but I noticed that it still develops a lean if you leave it with the power paw outstretched.

I was just talking about this with Living Dead recently. Except for Zudon, all the "new" releases of Zollmen develop a lean over time.
All came in good, though.
I'd figure its either my shelf slopes, or a combination of the warm weather here and vinyl source of Zollmen.

My Maza leans like a mofo but I take the hair dryer to it every few months and then it's fine. Zollmen makes most of it's figures top heavy. Another flaw is non articulated legs. Leg Articulation allows you "plant the legs and push the chest out a bit" with top heavy figures so they balance better....
