 Re: Underrated Secret base toys
I have to say that I really find it lazy and a bit lame when people say things like this seriously in b/s/t. If you really wanted a toy you would be proactive and watch for them, not rely on someone about to sell to scroll through the hundreds of inane want/trade bait posts to make sure someone isn't sitting at home lusting after a toy but not doing anything about it. (Not calling you out, just a general peeve.) bansheebot wrote: bannedindc wrote: I was trying to sell that chase on here a few months back with NO takers. Re: Underrated Secret base toys
There's a search function. You can search people's want lists.
I don't watch the For Sale forum like a hawk, my apologies.

 Re: Underrated Secret base toys
Exactly my point, if I were to sell something why would I go searching through the wants and doing your work for you.
People are so lazy about "collecting" these days.

People are so lazy about "collecting" these days. If I have one or two pieces I'm going to sell I do a search to see if there are people looking for it. Or if I have something that I know was once a hot item and people are still searching for I would do a search. However, if I have 5+ things I wanna sell then I'll just make a sales thread.

At least you didn't get into a bidding war (while operating on three hours sleep) over a "Juice Clot" SkullCaptain that arrived all cloudy. I would have passed (and gotten the rest) if I had known that guy wanted it too. Ended up trading it for some cauliflower and a Batman Skullbrain. It looked too much like an orange Vitamin C tablet or something.
