Keratosaurus = Ceratosaurus
They are Latin names. Not Japanese.

They are Latin names. Not Japanese. Ok Ok Daniel. Sorry Google translator isn't the best at converting japanese text, these were also the spellings on GT so I just copied them. Fixed. Anyhow I thought I recognized the bird from my old 'Walking with Prehistoric Beasts' BBC DVD set. I'm pretty sure the segment was called 'Terror Birds'. Apparently they were carnivorous 8 foot tall, 300 pound killers. Here's a illustration:
