Re: Shigenobu Ohashi Solo show at Thrash Out (Buta) I realize this answer is a little late, but yes, they are vinyls of Captain Ultra characters- Capt. Ultra and robot Hack.
Judging from the package, it looks like they were limited to 200 sets and produced by a company called "Tokyo Robot."
