It's an accurate portrayal of Akira Fudo - he always had that Egyptian eye-makeup look going on. Glad to see this mask with some painted pupils, too.

Re: New Secret Base ironically there is no in-store sale of the devilmen, also no phone orders.
so everything is apparently sold via online shop these days.
but foreign sales are normally handled via email.
at the time the figure appears on the online shop, it is nearly midnite in japan and i assume no one is working to receive the email orders and update the online inventory. so i think a portion may have been kept aside for foreign email orders.
