I love Medicoms VCD's, these I'm getting. I have all of the Star Wars ones, I got the Danzig set and I'll be up on these bad boys, I'm getting the RAH too, big RAH fan anyway.

they're about 7-9 inches, I know sideshowtoys.com is the official distro for medicom in tha states but lots of other retail shops on the net will carry it for a bit cheaper
