This might be the wrong place to ask (ie I should ask TT) but would TT know what they are sending me? of would I still be in on a chance with getting the splatter version of this?
I ask cuz the pic on the site is non splatter, but I don't know if they are sealed or not, therefore whether they would know or not.

Slightly connected, were the splatter like a shop exclusive? or random?

wow. I never looked at TT before... their prices are completely nuts. That set it at least double what it's really worth IMO.

The boxes were also not sealed to my knowledge. I highly doubt TT has any with the splatter. I don't remember if these were random or not, I wasn't paying much attention at the time. I know the samples we got at the Balzac office were marked with a little sticker to tell the splatter ones.

Technically the boxes are sealed with a little strip of tape across teh top, but it does not really stop them from being opened. There were very few bloody version (I can;t tell you the number, sorry), and I cannot imagine that no one has peeked if it has been on the shelf for this long of a time. I know S7 only got one bloody in it's whole delivery (which kozik found, and then I managed to get it from him later). There are also versions with non-bloody grey bags which are hard to find as well. MSNWRNR has been holding his out on me with his grey bag since we got these.

Well then assuming that this is the same one they had in their case about a year ago, then its not.
I do think that they are a bit mental with their prices at times.

i thought i heard 13 sets were splattered but that doesnt mean i heard right.
