Wow, I'm surprised there were any left.

Hmm, I haven't received a Paypal invoice for my Pharaos yet... Hope that's not a bad sign.

Same here. Very strange to see it go public before club members got confirmation or invoices, but who knows ... maybe the invoices will show up soon and our Pharohs have already been set aside. That's what I'm assuming. Still, it does seem odd.

Club members are asked not to broadcast news about exclusives until the news goes public from Maxtoy. It only went on sale in the store today, which is why I (and probably others) hadn't posted pictures or news about it before today.

Also odd that as a club member I was not offered this piece.

I was under the impression that not all club members would have a chance at these, but I would think other club members would get first crack at what was left rather than sales to the "general public."

I'm pretty sure that we should all have been offered this piece; whether or not we all received one would depend on the level of response.

I think we probably will get invoices (the members who pre ordered) but I just don't know.

I ordered one from the general public sale just out of the assumption my pre order got lost or I didn't get a lottery spot. I did get an invoice for that purchase but no bill yet.

Mark is usually really good with customer service so I suspect the members are going to be taken care of but I'm just guessing.

i haven't gotten e-mailed about any max toy releases, although i joined the club very soon after it was started, and have made several purchases from the max toy online store.

i'm not sure what i have to do to make me cool enough to be included.

I am totally fine with the way Mark does the random email lottery thing. What I don't like is getting an email telling me there is going to be an upcoming hand painted release that is "so limited" that not all members will have a chance at it. Then the first I hear of this release is when it is put in the shop for anyone to buy. A simple heads up email to club members that the "leftovers" were available in the store would have been nice.

I'd contact customer service at Maxtoyco and check to see if your isp is spam blocking the emails.

I've gotten a response everytime I needed one so far (might take awhile though) and they do send me updates. No idea whats up atm though.

I got an email LATE this afternoon.

Did you write them an email before Sunday saying you want the figure?

I think he is doing invoices right now for club members. I believe the pre order people are going to be covered.

Zach I'm trying to see if you can have my extra but it might be cancelled already.

yeah, i hear ya, and i know i'm being whiny >< lol
would be bizarre though cuz i've never had anything like that blocked. i get all my other notifications right away, S7, flopdoodle, etc etc. Luckily have never missed something due to spam blockage.

but yeah, i understand this is a unique situation for most where its "gone public" before peeps have even gotten the offer

edit: glad u got one zac ^_^

Thanks. I probably sound whiny too, lol! Just trying to give some suggestions/perspectives on how these cool toys are distributed.

Just wanted to add that Mark just emailed me personally about this and totally rectified the situation. Big ups to Mark and maxtoyco for the customer service.

I think most of you can relax some. I got an e-mail from Max Toy stating the invoices will be worked out in a day or two. He's running this solo so give the man a chance. And since even a top gun like Kozik is still working the bugs, I think Max Toy might take some time to fix it up too.
