It doesn't ever rain in Ca. I just looked at the forecast for the rest of the month and the best bet is 10%.

My first post. Might as well try to be helpful...

I snagged mine a couple days ago at Toy Tokyo, here in NYC. I'm almost positive I saw a second one in the case, and it rains much more often in NYC than CA... So there might be an opportunity sooner rather than later to pick one up.
