 New Pushead Toy, "Captain Pirates"?
I was reading a blog and it talked about the newest Secret Base fan club letter announcing a new Pushead figure called "Captain Pirates". Does anyone have any info about this?

A flipper's blog, Darth has brought him up on these boards a bit recently (no idea why).
Said flipper is getting enough promotion so I'll refrain from adding to it by listing the name. Guess he's seeing a rise in hits on his site.
If you really want the flippers info, Darth started a thread on pre-releases in the SB section wherein the flippers info is given. You can find it in that thread.
Edit: The info on the Pushead Pirate in the blog is extremely vague no pictures just basically theres a new sculpt in the works.

The only reason I brang him up is because I buy stuff off him from time to time, so I was checking to see if he had any new stuff and then I saw the inner demons. I was looking at his site and saw his blog. I got really excited about a new pushead toy so I felt the need to share. Didn't mean to plug it.i I guess no news is good news.

It wasn't meant as an attack, but you're sort of inadvertently promoting this guy.
I believe its innocent on your part (not that it matters really) but he charges $129.95 or something per Dorogami which kind of annoys me since I like Dorogamis but not at $129.95 for a new release.
The pre-order thing is a non issue since Super 7 will get them in for like $15 less anyway and with cheaper shipping I'd guess.

Again I just got excited about the new inner demons and pushead toy. And I also contact *** and asked about the new pushead toy. He said it told more about the toy. Said its part of the skull pirate series. This will be the captain. I think there will be a preview at comic con. Cross our fingers.

yo, ho, ho and a bottle of rum!
The Cap'n is looking pretty awesome, although it appears that the poor bastard has lost his arm this time, instead of just a hand...looks like lots of details for some mind-blowing hand-painted versions...

I do love me pushead and pirate figures, but whilst making a cuppa I gots to thinking, if you look at all the previous pirates as a whole for me the pirates work best with worn / beat up / rusted paint jobs. Now what with a new sculpt how many different effects / colours can they come up with but still remain fresh.
That stippled is spot on though!!

I agree: the rusty / splattery / corroded colors are the best!
I like the frankenstein factor, where they stick a new head, hand, and arm on the old legs / torso. Funny! It would be cool if he did that once a year: stop one sculpt, move on to the next. Otherwise... how could I keep up with ANOTHER 15 colors of a new sculpt, plus more of the old sculpts?!?
