Less to explain, less embarrassing, plus its really an inexplicable image.
Is it like Furry (Fuzzy? Cosplay? dunno the name) and BD/SM but with a really fat near sighted guy in Godzilla boots, a ball gag, four point restraints, and nipple clamps?
Maybe there's cultural relevance attached to what looks like bad fetish art.
