 Honehone-Saurus. 
They're skeletons, they break down and recombine, they glow, and they're 158 yen each. I figured Skullbrain readers would dig 'em. Sold by Kabaya and available at fine and not-so-fine Japanese grocery stores everywhere.

I found them at a Mitsuwa market about ten years ago, but I've never seen them domestically since.

Re: Honehone-Saurus. These remind of Xevoz and stikfas but smaller and more adorable.  Xevoz... Great toys, but they tried to make some horrible battling game, ie pokemon, out of them
