SO, I see pics were posted of the new FC Mantis, but how come no pics of the newly announced FC Toxic Phantom suit? If I had a pic I would post, but I don't....but I know someone does!

I would've posted it but I don't want to even start thinking about SB suits anymore. I want them so bad, but they are so elusive. I pretty much pretend they don't exist (though I love them, especially Death Phantom (and would gladly purchase any of those, for sure)).

Got a red Walder body this would look nice on.

I keep coming back to look at this - so great! Just too bad it's a FC release. But it looks like it might possibly come with that gold body...at least the flier mentions the word "body", that, "glow" and "Takara" are all I understand.
I really want this and the new rumored Death Phantom if that rumor ends up being true.

Pretty sure you will have to supply your own body for this guy.

Oh, and a reliable source tells me a new Death Phantom is coming

I don't unbderstand this comment Glenn. I hardly think one thread on this suit release constitutes hype? I mean people have got hyped on every one of teh six voodoo releases, and a toxic phantom suit hasn't been released for a few years. For suit fans its a big deal.

This suit is going to kick so much ass it isn't even funny.

I was just trying to be funny. It seems like fan excitement often gets labeled as hype these days. 12 post in 1 thread is not Hype it is just information. On the other hand I am all for hyping the shit out of this release. I would love to see a big audience develop for these suits. If enough people (more than 30) buy it SB will probably make more!

Isn't this a FC release? Kinda hard to grow a consumer base when they're only allowing a few people in Japan the opportunity to get this. If this was a pre-order I'd be all over it! I'd be shocked if they weren't able to find 30 people to buy this suit. I know the audience on these is quite a bit smaller than that of the fight figures, but it certainly seems that there's at least 30 people between this board, VI, and then a bunch of Japanese collectors to fill an order of 30+. Or are there really that few people interested in these?

I do know SB is considering/figuring out a U.S. FC. At least that was the word I got from SB when the FC sharkman released. I'm sure this has been said time and time again by SB. We can hope though.

I am sorry for the complete noobness, but could some one link me to more info about these suits and the bodies? I LOVE SB fight figures, but know little (or nothing) about these suits. Please don't flame me to much I am just trying to learn.

The issue of a US fc from SB has been thrown around for years. I remember when I first signed up on here a few years ago and there was only like 50 members we would talk about it all the time. Actually I think this was one of the reasons for the first S7 fc.

Thats cool, I just dont understand the hesitation behind SB starting a U.S. FC maybe using SOS as its staging point. But maybe SB wants to "keep it in the family" so to speak so its exclusive to Japan residents only. Either way I think their losing a ton of cash (not that they arent making a ton) by keeping their FC closed to other countries. Maybe it has the confusion factor in dealing with the language barrier to do with it, and thats something they would rather not have to deal with. I dont have a clue, just all speculation by me.
