Anyone in Japan who needs a pass for SuperFest this Sunday PM me ASAP... I have a couple extra dealer passes and I don't want them to go to waste!

how popular are most of these (superfest the exception) and what's the deal with getting in? i'd obviously be keen on going to alot of them but i dunno if i'd have the patience to turn up at 5am and then wait hours in a line...

As long as you're not trying to grab super limited stuff, you just show up at noon and stroll in and have fun.

2010 news --> a new Chicago comic con in April. NY Comic con 2010 is in the Fall (SMART!)

Thank God there is a new Chicago Comic Con coming...The Chicago Wizard World conventions usually suck.

I remember in the 80's when the Chicago Comicon was one of the bigger cons around, if not the biggest. Then everything went to SD.

The company that organizes the NY and Chicago events is different than the one that does the San Diego one.

So now there just needs to be an event in January and its a nice 3-month cycle..
April - Chicago, July - San Diego, October - New York, January.... SUPERFESTIVAL!

So if you were in charge of adding one more large event in the USA (in January mind you) where should it be???
