L/E magazine release. I think it's King Magazine, but not 100% sure.

Neptune! Just freakin' killer sculpt - the fu-manchu mustache rocks. I dig that there are two arms for this bad boy. Rumor has it that the paint up has been a nightmare since they used a number of different paints.
