from left to right...
1. Ninja Captor
2. can't remember but is an animation character (not live-action)
3. Kamen Rider 1
4. Kamen Rider V-3
Maker is all Popy (me thinks) and made in the '70s.

Unfortunately, the market value is not much. Especially with the broken figures.

left:"Tsutinin from Ninjya Capter" 1976 made by Popy
right:"Dengeki Strada5"1974 made by Sakura
I think, This figure "Strada5" had a headgear....

Metyagojira is correct.
The "Strada5" figure originally came with a little helmet.

20-25-ish loose on the ninja cyaptor, 10 on the animation, 45 for kamen rider 1 (with arms) and 35ish for kamen rider v3 with arms. All are by popy.
