 Crazy Glow-C
OK, I know there are limited 1/1 Skull Head fans out there, but I am SUPER stoked on the Crazy Glow-C release. What has me stoked is the vinyl and the fact that this is like night time ANTI-CAMO - plain during daytime, then insanely colored after dark - PLUS, its teh ultimate blind bag item, because until you charge and switch off the lights you have no idea quite what it will look like - AND everyone is unique. Can you imagine this on other figures??? The start of something exciting!
Oh, and did I say RAD???!!!???

 Re: Crazy Glow-C
I am completely in the dark when it comes to SB...but your post definitely tweaks my ears. I'm going to Tokyo at the end of the month, and I'm definitely excited to check out the SB shop.
I'm very curious about how getting something like the 1/1 or the RI or even a Madball Mantis or Obake Dog in-hand or at least in-person will change my thinking about them. I'm curious about them, sure, but nothing that I've seen on the web makes me foam at the mouth and HAVE to have them...
BUT! Your post sort of changes that. For me. A 1/1 GID Anti-Camo Skull does indeed sound RAD. Your excitement is contagious.

Yes I am excited - but less about the skull, more about the potential of GID mixed vinyls and their application. That and the fact you wont know how the toy you purchased really looks until AFTER dark!

 Re: Crazy Glow-C
I think this is a great idea, but maybe should have been initiated with a better release (not the skulls).
I would be interested in some mixed Glow fight figures. It would make them all unique.

Hey Carl, I always love your enthusiasm or all things 'Base' but it's all about the fight figures in Scary Towers . . . and even then, sometimes it takes a lil' while to feel the love!

 Re: Crazy Glow-C
I agree with all of you - especially the SCary Towers comments - just highlighting teh potential we may have missed by this being a skullhead release. I cant wait to see how application to a fight fig turns out!

 Re: Crazy Glow-C
I haven't seen this skull since I'm computerless at the moment but between the description and my imagination, I'm totally excited to see this in other applications! From what I'm thinking its too bad the ghostfighter is nomore, he'd be an amazing candidate! Still a bee would be killer.

 Re: Crazy Glow-C
thanks for the pic, not QUITE what i expected, but still cool. for some reason i miagined some pink GID in there, dono what gave me that impression. now that i see this i wonder how well this will work on a smaller scale. maybe theyll tweak the mix for smaller molds.
im on a public computer now n got to see the t2kt(or whatever its called), now THAT is exciting! CLEAR GID!!!?!!! now this i cant wait to see in some fight figs!

 Re: Crazy Glow-C
I think the larger vinyl allows you to see the color separation within the piece. If the piece was small, as in the fight figures, you probably would not see that much variation in the glow, at least within the piece itself. As the process gets refined, I think we may see it in the fight figures.
