Post Gargamel Metallic Disc Eyes - Two quick questions
I've got a couple Lucky Bag Odorons and the eyes are loose in a separate bag w/in the lucky bags. Hedoran's use the same eyes (not positive about exact size but same basic thing).

Anyone have an opinion/information on how are the eyes are secured? I'm guessing hot glue or Elmer's would cause the least damage if you wanted to remove them later.

Anyone have 3 extra eyes they're not using? :) One of mine is missing them. Might have to check out some of the taxidermist links from another post if I can't come up with originals.

Thanks!

I believe this exact question was asked a few months back when the LBs came out. Do a search for it, but Rubber Cement might have been the consensus... that or white glue, so as to not harm the vinyl.

Ah, will do and post back if I find it. Thought that's where I came up w/ the Taxidermy thing but that may have been completely unrelated.

Thanks.

Yep - sounds like Gargamel suggested Rubber Cement. But white glue, silicone, and wrigleys were also offered up as suggestions ;) Here's the thread - p. 8 & 9.

Now I'm just left looking for a spare set or hitting the local internet taxidermist (which might be pretty cool as well).

Thanks again.

I wrote to Gargamel once, and they said they would sell me a pair of replacement eyes for 300 yen via Paypal. You might just send them an email.

Cool, thanks Blake - I'll do that. I considered it but didn't know if there would be a language barrier to overcome. Thanks for the confirmation. Sending email....now :)
