It was first offered in an auction at Zozotown x Crown Jewel but the highest bidder didn't come through. The bidders apparently asked for a new auction to be held (why not offer it to the second highest?), but from S-B's site ("Secret Base style", whatever that means). They ask to offer realistic bids... But nah, no charity there...
