I think the issue in the past was about items that they were pre-offering to international sellers. They don't want pictures and prices of exclusives being posted. Most likely it makes trouble for them with the manufacturers.

I think maybe they just want peeps to search their site, too. Have you ever gone through ALL the inventory? Even with the out of stock item it's quite impressive.
